CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Via here or in the last mail with your track&trace code you can return your order. Print your return label and stick it on the package. Take your package to the appropriate service point and done. Items you purchased online can always be returned within 14 business days of receipt. Provided items are still in original condition (with hangtags), have not been worn, washed or retouched. Items with makeup stains or perfume odor will NOT be returned. We will refund the amount to the account you paid with. Delivery charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your return.

You will receive an email from us when we have received the return. Orders with a gift card will receive a new code from us worth the refund of the product. Payments with gift vouchers will not be refunded, but you will receive a new gift certificate in its place.
